How this collection is organised
Rather than publishing a long list of titles, we maintain a compact but evolving bookshelf. The emphasis is on core areas where we work often: company law, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and employment. Each book aims to answer the questions that come up repeatedly in our files and discussions with clients.
The catalogue is divided into three broad groups: foundational texts that help you grasp a subject from the ground up; practice‑oriented manuals for specific workflows; and case‑based collections that show how principles operate when tested in disputes, negotiations, or enforcement settings.
We keep the tone practical and measured. Where there is uncertainty in the law or variation in practice, we say so. Where a topic is better handled in a classroom or seminar, we flag that and point to our publications and law guides.

Beyond the bookshelf
Connecting books with guides and resources
Each title is supported by shorter guidance, templates, and articles hosted across this sub‑domain.
Guides
Law guides to go with each topic
Core chapters are often paired with online law guides that walk through key procedures or decision points. If you prefer starting with a short overview, visit the law guides section first and then come back to the relevant book.
Case studies
Case‑based learning from real disputes
For many topics we maintain a set of case studies that echo themes in the books. These are helpful when you want to see how a rule has been handled in practice and how strategy choices affected the outcome.
Resources
Checklists, diagrams, and templates
The resources section houses supporting material that readers often request: checklists, issue maps, and sample structures that match chapters from our legal books.
